About Me
Welcome! My name is Luciano Radelich and I have been cooking for
almost 25 years. My culinary education began at a very young age
while running around my uncles restaurant on Long Island, along side
my father, my brother and cousins. I didn't know it then, but it soon
came to pass that the love my family shared for food would manifest
itself in to my personal life long passion. Some people paint, some
people sculpt, some build models. I like to create with food!

I began working in small restaurants along the busy waterfront of
Freeport, NY's "Nautical Mile". It was peppered with great restaurants,
shops and fishing charters. Working my way through the ranks of
several kitchens I became skilled in many aspects of the culinary arts.
Working in small restaurants, I learned how to make the best of
everything with the freshest ingredients and limited resources. My
skills were only further honed as I began to work in fine dining
restaurants and international hotels, in New York City, where
impeccable quality, flavour and presentation were the cornerstones of
what is my love of cooking today.

I am often asked what my specialty is? I've always had one simple
answer...FOOD! While I have been exposed to many cooking styles, I
have always found that I pick quality aspects of each and blend them
in to my own style. There are far too many wonderful foods, flavours
and styles in the world to try and limit oneself to any particular one. I
enjoy eating, I enjoy cooking and most of all I enjoy watching others
enjoy my cooking.
